WALLS
We build with (ICF) Insulated Concrete Formation Blocks 300mm thick which provides best U values and No thermal bridging.
FLOORS
Our Concrete floors are made up with a layer of 150mm high density insulation and 150mm Concrete with no thermal bridging.
ROOFS
Our Roofs are all WARM ROOFS and are made from 9x2 joists, a layer of 20mm plywood over joists followed with a layer of 150mm high density insulation and a layer of 20mm plywood and finished with a seamless layer FLEXITEC on top making it 100% waterproof and a further 150mm of insulation between joists bringing the roof insulation up to 300mm and with no thermal bridging.
